On Wednesday, February 26th, Carl Hétu, National Director of CNEWA Canada will be giving a talk to explore the current situation for Christians in the Middle East and to discuss whether there is still hope for them to remain in their homelands. The talk will be at St. Patrick’s Church in Vancouver at 7 pm.
CNEWA (Catholic Near East Welfare Association) Canada is an organization that works with Catholic Churches in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. They serve those churches in many ways, including providing relief supplies for displaced peoples and training church leaders. CNEWA also advances Christian Unity and provides education to help people understand the issues being faced by churches and Catholics in the East. Click on the image below to see the event poster.
