With so many of us leading hectic and busy lives, it can be easy to lose focus on the spiritual values and goals we hold. Many of us would benefit from an opportunity and time set aside to re-examine our spiritual life. The Archdiocese of Vancouver is offering us this opportunity during the Day of Discernment to be held on Saturday March 10, 2012 at Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Coquitlam. The day will take us through a series of talks and interactive sessions that will help us examine the gifts God has given to us, and how we may be called to use those gifts.
The Day of Discernment is for men and women and will begin at 9am with Mass said by Archbishop Miller and will end at 4pm. The event will be at Our Lady of Fatima Parish at 315 Walker St, Coquitlam. See the website below for more information and to register. The registration fee is $25 per person and includes a light breakfast and lunch.
Take the time this lent on March 10th to pause for a day and listen for what God may be asking of you.
